We can sell our cars to any province. Only the GST will be payable and the PST if you are in Quebec. The car may have to pass your provincial inspections. We will provide all paperwork with the car.
*** US CUSTOMERS SECTION ***
It is not authorized to import a foreign car into the USA if it is not over 25 years old. The only way to import a JDM car into the USA is through our proven legal process. We will sell the car to you as a Car Body only. We will carefully remove the engine and transmission and ship it separately. According to US Customs & Border Agency, a car without a engine and transmission is not considered a motor vehicule but a 'Assembly of Parts'. By using our proven legal process we can import the car into the USA for you. We have our own authorized Customs Brokers which will process all the paperwork for you.
Additional costs for US customers (on top of the cost of the car):
1. 2.5% US Import Duties (tax)
2. Customs Brokerage Fee of $100
3. Shipping to your location, aprox. US$400-1800 (or you can pick up the car in Montreal if you desire.)
4. Engine and Transmission removal fee of $500. (This is done by a certified mechanic to preserve the integrity of all electrical wiring and engine parts)
TOTAL: Between US$1175 to $2600 (depending on your location)
VERY IMPORTANT NOTE: It is the US customers responsibility to title and register the car in the USA. We have no authority in this matter. Our cars are sold to our US customers for off-road use only or as kit cars. We will not be help responsible if the customer cannot title or register the vehicle in their state. *** INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS SECTION: ***
We can ship the car to any port of your choosing. Insurance is available as well. Please check with your countries importation laws before purchasing. We will not be held responsible if you cannot import the car into your country. Your car will be shipped by Ocean and a tracking number will be provided. WARRANTY/SALES POLICY:
All cars are sold as-is without any warranty. All cars are sold in good running condition. Since these are sports cars and are usually used for racing purposes or extreme driving, we cannot warranty or guarantee the parts. We encourage you to come and inspect the car before purchasing if you can, otherwise we can provide videos of the car.
